Concrete removal rates
 1 to 250 sqft @ $2.00 per sqft ($250.00 minimum)
251 to 500 sqft @ $1.50 per sqft
501 to 1000 sqft @ $1.25 per sqft
1001 to 2000 sqft @ $1.00 per sqft
2001 sqft and beyond @ 80 cents per sqft

Pricing reflects 4" concrete with no rebar. Additional cost will apply for concrete containing rebar or concrete which is thicker. Rates are based on access for large equipment. For limited access concrete removal an additional 25 cents per sqft will apply.
Trip charges may apply for jobs with great travel distance.
All above rates include dump fees.

Saw cutting is extra with rates as follows.
4" concrete @ $3.50 per lnft ($100 minimum)
3" asphalt @ $1.50 per lnft ($100 minimum)

Asphalt removal rates
1 to 1000 sqft @ 75 cents per sqft (250.00 minimum)
1001 to 2000 sqft @ 65 cents per sqft
2001 sqft and beyond @ 50 cents per sqft

Grass removal rates
 Grass / Sod removal @ 90 cents per sqft (250.00 minimum)
All above rates include dump fees

Concrete breaking
Continuous concrete breaking w/ machine mounted jack-hammer :- house footings etc.
      @ $75 per hour   ($300.00 minimum)

Machine Trenching rates
Trenching w/ Ditch Witch trencher.
($150 minimum) makes a 12" deep and up to 150 foot trench.
Additional feet will cost 50 cents per foot at 12" deep.
For deeper trenches additional cost will apply.
For hard and rock soils additional cost will apply.

Excavating rates
   Excavating per day w/ Kubota U-15 & operator  ($250.00 minimum)
